Lanisha Charity is the Director of Operations at Evidence to Practice. She is a seasoned professional in the field of global project and clinical operations management. She began her career in clinical research over 14 years ago as an operations coordinator in clinical events, validations, and adjudications, where she cross-functionally collaborated with teams in data management, safety, and regulatory affairs. Lanisha’s global leadership journey started when she became a global manager of project management support at a major contract research organization. Her team supported clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas in 6 countries. Lanisha has continued her global leadership journey in clinical operations with a commitment to mentorship for the next generation of leaders and to advocate for operational excellence. Lanisha received her bachelor’s degree at North Carolina Central University and is pursuing her MBA at NCCU with an expected graduation date of December 2024.
